Once home to the Manager of the surrounding farmland and orchards, the quaint little cottage has been fully restored, offering accommodation with a blend of modern convenience and country character. A new kitchen and bathroom, sunny dining area opening to a deck and a comfy lounge with Netflix smart TV will make you feel at home straight away. There are two bedrooms, each with plenty of storage, a queen size bed with electric blanket, extra throws and column heater so you'll be cosy even on the coldest Tassie night! A sunny study is fitted out with NBN and free WiFi with excellent reception.
The cottage is air conditioned to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
The sunny yard has stunning views of Sleeping Beauty and the Wellington range.
Take in the view with a glass of local Cider or award winning Pinot or prepare an alfresco feast of local produce on the BBQ. Summer evenings are perfect for kicking back on the front porch and watching the sun sink below the trees.
Breakfast items, along with tea, coffee and cooking basics are provided for you. The kitchen has all the utensils and accessories you need to cook up a storm with the amazing local produce you've purchased from the local Farmers markets, artisan outlets and bakeries.
